Overcoming Limitations
After years of being on my own personal development journey,
overcoming an eating disorder and addressing childhood traumas,
I did various psychology and mental wellbeing courses to better
understand the mind and how we function. I worked with mindset
coaches and mentors and experienced profound breakthroughs and
a new-found confidence in my capabilities and possibilities.
I wanted to shout about this from the rooftops.. (I didn't, but I did
start training in this work to show other women that they could do it too!)
I wanted to show others that they can overcome the things that make
life feel heavy, such as anxiety, low self-worth, little belief in themselves
and their capabilities, and show them that they can actually create any
reality that will allow them to feel fulfilled in life, whatever that looks
like for them.
We may as well make the most of everything this life has to offer!
In January 2022 I completed my NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
& Time Line Therapy practitioner training and started coaching
immediately. I later trained in Hypnotherapy & Past Life Regression,
both of which have proved very popular and effective.
In February 2023 I launched my mindfulness classes, The Soul Sanctuary
in Glasgow (which can be found on Instagram @soulsanctuaryglasgow
if you'd like to know more) which brings women together online and
in-person for an hour of connection, mindfulness & empowerment!.
I primarily work with those who suffer with limiting beliefs (negative
self-talk), anxiety, and confidence & emotional blocks which hold them
back in life. I am here to work with you to instil the self-belief and
self-worth which you were born with, but somewhere along the way
disappeared. I will also work with you to tap into what it is you really
want in life, not what is expected of you, so that you can go on to pursue
a life that gives you butterflies.
I teach and support you to live by your own rules and dance with the fear!
